Just found these recently, so thought I'd post them:

The first is a nice overview from MedicineNet.com that includes a section on exercise, meditation/relaxation, time management and organization skills, and getting support.

The next is a longer overview article from Yahoo, that I found really interesting. It also has some tips as well as a link to an inventory you can use to gauge how stressed you are.

The third, from WebMD, mentions journaling and being in the present moment in its overview.

The Mayo Clinic weighs in with their views, and a nice section on "know your stressors."

And finally, if you want to dive deeper, here's what Wikipedia says about it.
