Also, I just had a conversation today with Helen Qubain, who is going to incubate an idea at Darden this summer about spaces that people could use to take "conscious breaks" (my words), whether for creativity, energy shift, meditation, whatever.
I'm looking forward to following up with her and putting her in touch with Darden Batten Fellow Marcia Conner (learning styles), UVA McIntire School professor Rob Cross (energy), and Andy Stefanovich from Play.
