What do you hope to get from this experience?: To me the word "spirit" implies "energy" and "fun". So, wanted to learn how I could play a role in introducing these 2 elements into my workplace.

I am hoping that as people embark on this journey, they will share with us their own experiences which will help each of us going in terms on what we want to do to impact our work life.
