What do you hope to get from this experience?
I would like to gain insight into successful attitudes, behaviors, and tactics that I may live and practice that will fuel me to grow as a more effective leader. I am interested in developing, managing, and inspiring 'gravity-free' business habits that result in true value and sustained competitive advantage, coincident with vibrant and delighted colleagues.

Grant, I really like the way that you state what you hope to get from the SNW experience. I hadn't heard the use of "gravity free" before, but I think I like the sound of it. Vibrant and delighted colleagues is also a nice turn of phrase.
