Hi everyone,

First, I'd like to introduce the Destress group: Julie Baker, Danielle Chiaro, Chris Fong, Christina Ogburn-Chow, Aysar Rida, Bryan McNary, and Nicole Tuttle

In addition to the pamphlet, please find two additional files:
1. Destress cover_v3.doc
This file gives some background as to why we chose the heart-body-mind-soul connections.

2. Class+Stretching+Exercises.doc
This file goes over some of the stretching exercises we did during the presentation.
